Yunomori Onsen & Spa in Bangkok offers a unique fusion of Japanese onsen (hot spring) culture and traditional Thai massage techniques. Nestled in the heart of the city, this wellness retreat is famed for its array of thermal baths infused with minerals, creating a relaxing and health-boosting environment. From soothing hot baths to invigorating cold plunges, and comforting saunas to calming relaxation rooms, Yunomori provides an authentic Onsen experience to refresh and rejuvenate!
Coupled with their wide range of therapeutic massage and spa treatments, it's a perfect oasis to escape from the city's heat and indulge in some much-needed self-care.
Yunomori is my most favorite place to calm-down after a busy week! There are very few places that offer such great quality & service at such an affordable rate.
2. Bangkok Ice baths
šVarious Locations around Bangkok
šCurrent Events: https://www.bangkokicebaths.com/events
Bangkok Ice Bath is an Ice Bath Community based in Bangkok that meets regularly to take Ice Baths, meet like-minded people, and enjoy the many benefits of Cold Exposure.
When you combine Ice Baths with a community of friendly, supportive and like-minded people, you have something truly beneficial for your mind and body. Bangkok Ice Bath exists to make the benefits of cold exposure accessible to everyone in Bangkok and to build community.
A truly amazing experience! Reach out to Bangkok Icebaths on Social Media to check out their latest events. This is a lively & lovely community that comes together (currently) every Saturday at Crusio Cafe to enjoy taking ice baths. š§ āļø
They are very kind and welcoming, which is especially great if you have never tried to take an ice bath before! The organizers will give you tips & tricks to help with your first cold plunge and help you throughout your entire stay inside the tub!
It is very affordable. After paying the entree fee, you can take as many turns as you like. Give it a try & see if you enjoy it! Bangkok Icebaths definitely won me over :)
P.S.: Bangkok Icebaths will soon open up their own location! š¢ š š§ Stay tuned! Once they open, I will be the first one to report it.
3. Puzzle Room Bangkok
If you're into escape rooms, I'd say Puzzle Room Bangkok is the best escape room Bangkok has to offer! Each room is themed and execute with a lot of love for detail.
The owner & staff are really nice and will make sure you enjoy your experience.
At the end of every experience they'll take a cute polaroid picture of you and your group of friends to take home with. You can also opt for one of their prop-masks to make that picture stand out a little more! š½ šŗ š§āāļø
4. Patthavikorn Market
Don't miss out on the vibrant Patthavikorn Flea Market. This market is a treasure trove filled to the brim with fantastic finds and incredible deals. Be it vintage clothing, quirky trinkets, local handicrafts, or mouthwatering street food, Patthavikorn has everything to keep you on the hunt for an entire day! šļø
Trust me, once you start exploring, you'll get hooked! It's well worth the trip.
5. SETUP Pro Wrestling
Yes, Bangkok is home to a pretty amazing Wrestling association that puts on regular Wrestling shows for their fans! This event is a real treat and an amazing experience whether you into Wrestling or not.
SETUP Thailand Pro Wrestling was founded by Poomi-Prachaphum Bunyathat and Paksa-Pichet Kwayasin. These two individuals gathered Thai wrestlers under their association, fostering a small subculture of wrestling enthusiasts who share their passion. The association puts on Wrestling events in the Circus Studio, located in Lad Phrao!
